The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even helped us with hands-free luggage delivery, which made our travel much easier. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself was spacious and had a nice view. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was quite expensive for the quality of the rooms. The fixtures were quite old and worn, and the bed I slept on was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is located within a short walk of the train station and bus stop, making it easy to get around the area. The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of food, including an omelet station. the staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us with ski rental arrangements and providing local maps and recommendations.

The bed in our room was uncomfortably hard, making for a less than restful night. some of the fixtures and furnishings in the room felt outdated and in need of updating.

Convenient location with plenty of nearby restaurants. Beautifully decorated lobby with traditional diorama and mouth-watering display of in-house baked cakes. Generous and varied breakfast buffet, including an omelet station. Impressive service from all staff members, including providing umbrellas during rainy weather. My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast spread had both Western options, as well as local specialties like those mentioned in other reviews.

The decor in the rooms is a bit outdated, but that did not affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.
